Fated Eternals #1 Published February 15,
2014 by Red Adept Publishing, LLC
Jack’s immortality is exposed when he prevents a liquor
store heist, forcing him to flee to protect his secret—a secret not even he
understands. But when he meets Leah Winters—a mirror image of his decades-lost
love, Lydia—his very soul is laid bare. He begins to question his sanity. Is
she real, and if so, what does that mean for Jack and his secret?
Jack’s not the only mystery man in town. A stranger named Artagan hints at knowledge Jack is desperate to possess. But can he trust Artagan, or does the dark newcomer harbor deadly secrets of his own?
As Jack’s bond with Leah grows, so does the danger to her life. Jack must discover just how much he is willing to risk in order to save the woman he already lost once.

My Thoughts:
I love my paranormal books.
This is a different type of story than I usually read. First it is told in a males, Jack, point of
view next that there isn’t vampires, fairies, or other odd creatures. Jack is just immortal. He cannot die. He lives, eats, works, plays, and falls in
love. The problem is that he lives
longer than the girl he falls in love with and someone would rather see him murdered.
The romance in this book is amazing. It is tactful, respectful, and so
steamy! It was interesting to see how
it unfolds from the man’s eyes, but just as wonderful as if it had been told
from Leah’s point of view. The respect
between Jack and Leah was perfect. It
was interesting to watch Jack take his manners from growing up, some 170 years
ago, and bring them into the future. He
bows, opens doors, sleeps on the floor, all due to his upraising.
Red Adept Publishing is a company that I have worked with
many times in the past and they have not let me down as of yet. I would certainly recommend My Soul Immortal
to all my friends.
